Update 2/27: Bugs were fixed. They even called and followed up with me explaining the issues. Something bigger banks don't do. Love this bank for many reasons. Gotta love technology. TY for the fix! Normally, I would give 5 stars. Whatever this last update was, sucks. I've had to call into to customer service four times now to reset my password in the last two weeks when I shouldn't have needed to, and it looks like I'll be doing it again today. Please fix!!! Love the bank, hate this app now.

I have bangs with glacier Bank in valley Bank 4/8 almost a Year's now they're amazing I've had issues where my card has been charged and the bank I called them, and they got it fixed immediately within they have great customer service no matter where I've gone I've gone out of state before, and they've helped me find a bank out of state so that way I didn't get charged to use my card or depart try to pull money from my account they have great services all around if you call them they're very helped.

I have tried talking to the bank about this, but they refuse to help. The username and password keeps breaking, and I have to reset them. This has happened three days in a row. Please fix this.

I have so much trouble logging into my account with this bank that I'm seriously considering moving banks. The app constantly locks me out and has been hacked several times.

Unable to log in, try to reset password, doesn't send the code to verify it's me. Shouldn't be this difficult! Just look at the other recent reviews. Instead of buying up other banks, the focus should be your existing customer base, and us being able to access our accounts!!
