All of a sudden app crashes every time I try to open it. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same thing!!

Crashes and crashes...then it crashes again. Came here to find some answers and come to find out many members have been experiencing the same thing for months. Left them a message to call me and hope they do because Glass City FCU is on my last nerve with other problems I have had. If they don't care about the problems I and other members are having, it's time to find a credit union that does. Makes me sad because I have been with them for decades, but this is unacceptable.

I gave the previous app 1 star. I'm upgrading this to 2 stars. It and the website are esthetically more pleasing, it still functions in the same way and is still a couple generations behind other banking apps. Adding fingerprint log making it easier to navigate help. They didn't add Belle, Credit cards are still managed separately, even though checks have a box on back to check for mobile deposit you still have to write it out.

Horrible always saying something went wrong, as of 10/21/23, the app is once again crashing, hopefully they fix this mess soon
