★★★★★ I really enjoy using this App. It puts all the information I need right at my fingertips so that I can understand what is in my accounts, how I used the funds and even lets me deposit checks at the press of a button, which is standard these days. Useful, easy and saves time when I need to all things banking plus sending money to friends and family using Belle.

★★★★★ Extremely satisfied. I never have any problems accessing my accounts. Customers service is the best I've encountered at any bank.

★★☆☆☆ I'm having SO many problems Great Lakes if it wasn't for the convenience of the location I'll change my bank.

★★☆☆☆ I thought I could trust GCU to give me a decent rate on my recently matured c.d. but that didn't happen. Loyalty doesn't seem to matter.

★★☆☆☆ Can't transfer funds to other banking institutions. My local uses them, so I am forced to have an account, but I've had nothing but problems that took over a year to resolve in which around 8 months of deposits got "lost." I would never use this credit union which has only 1 store location in the city and horrible customer service if I wasn't forced.
