Very helpful once you get past the learning curve. There are so many transportation options in the area that it is hard to navigate on your own. Glimble helps to simplify the process as well as purchasing and keeping up with your tickets. PRO TIP (at least for me) The bus does not automatically stop at all locations. You have to hit a stop button (located throughout the bus) just before reaching your stop.

This is a wonderful idea. My only two complaints are as follows: 1. The bus halte arrival times are consistently inaccurate. 2. That the app habitually ignores the bus halte closest to me, and there is no option to buy for it. I can see that this bus is in service, but the app creates the route, not me. I have mobility challenges and the app sends me to stops far away from me, even if I modify the filters in my favor. Can this be addressed?

Arrival forces me to use this terrible app to buy tickets for their night train. It is not even possible to buy two tickets in the same app.

Useless app. At arriva.nl it says I could download this app and buy the ticket for my route without a chip cart. When I enter my route in this useless app it says, that my route is not available for purchase.

You might not receive the tickets you buy via glimble. I never received the tickets and I had to get down from the bus. I bought tickets from the driver in the next bus. Always buy tickets from the driver. All buses accept card too. And Glimble's customer service is also horrible. They didn't even apologize, and when I explained the insult I suffered, the customer service person sent a smiley as well. They found it funny I guess.
