So my device broke, and I needed to switch to another phone. The app they have is buggy, and I didn't see that they had communicated to me on the app and provided a new esim (which is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5). If they can fix the app or find a way to deliver a new esim to a customer, in case the device breaks and the customer needs to switch (email would be my suggestion). They were cool enough not to charge me for the new esim too.

I recently used an eSIM from Global during my trip to Mauritius, and it worked great! The activation was effortless, and I didn’t have to worry about swapping physical SIM cards. Global provided excellent coverage, even in more remote areas like Chagall and Le Morne, and data speeds were consistently fast. I was able to upload photos from stunning locations like Cap Malheureux and Bain Boeuf beach without any issues. The pricing was reasonable

It doesn't work.... I bought an esim that supports voice, SMS and internet....and I was surprised when it arrived that I couldn't receive voice calls or SMS. The internet works, and you can only make calls from the app. In general, it was a bad experience... and the price is expensive compared with local sim .😅😅😅😅😅😅

We are without data in Spain ...followed instructions...contacted customer care one reply then crickets... cannot install the app on phone will only open online...and when in the app has no record of my account. Even with their ges numbers. My partner bought 200 minutes of time as well...two hours of trying to make a call from Spain...no luck... researched every possible way if calling, but it will not happen. If you want a company that will take your money for no service or support use them.
