I uninstalled this app before because I have a new app, Globe one app. But since the forced move to their latest globe one app, I got a problem with subscribing to a promo using the regular load in my number. The CSRs weren't able to help me even after months. I installed this again today, and finally! I can use my regular load again! Thanks for this app. I hope you stay useful like this forever!

Using this app when availing for a promo takes alot of effort why can't you just send an OTP to a personal number, instead of going to the dashboard that is nowhere to be found. COSTUMER SERVICE SUCKS, kaya di mapagkakailang maraming Filipino ang sawa na sa inyo.

Well I experienced some people commented here and I'm very disappointed about this, its the same with other globe my thingy they want otp, but the broadband doesn't receive it and I'm connected with my server but still cannot connect in my freaking modem. I wanted to delete this app, but I still need it to track if how many data have I left, it's still usefull at that point but if only the data are available with this app you should probably turn this app offline.
