★★★★★ I like Globe products. I have both smart bulbs and smart plugs. They all work wonderfully

★★★★★ Sometimes, the option button to change a smart scene setting is in another language or displays a foreign character. Other than that, the system seems to run the way it should. I have 3 lights that I managed to pair together for a smart scene; however, you should be able to see a real-time color update when you select to program a scene.

★★★★★ Easy to set up. Works from any room or outside to turn on the globe lights I thought out my house. Best of all, if I'm away visiting a friend in another city and end up staying longer than planned I can turn different lights on in my house to make it look like someone home.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible software, I bought this bulb recently, and it refuses to connect. I have followed all the steps, I am connected to my Wi-Fi, Bluetooth is on, and I am in pairing mode. Tried to use the tech support they offer, but it is completely useless. Will be returning bulb and uninstalling this app. Complete garbage, a waste of my time and my money.

★★☆☆☆ Cool in essence but light bulb disconnects randomly and ill go into my bathroom and the light will start flashing on and off very quickly like a strobe light. It gives me a headache every time and imagine if you were epileptic. Instant seizure. There has to be a better way to have it in pairing mode. Also struggles to connect when it does that.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app, not clear if the Bluetooth smart plug is on or off. If you are not able to see the plug, because you have it plugged in somewhere out of sight for example, you can't tell if the plug is on or off. The app just says "SWITCH ON" and "SWITCH OFF", but it is not clear if that is the current status or if you touch the power button in the app if it will switch it on or switch it off. How hard would it be for the devs to put "Current Status: Device On" or "Current Status: Device Off"? 🤦

★★☆☆☆ Do not buy globe lights, they disconnect and go into pairing mode every 35–50 minutes, I can't study in my room because it disconnects so often. When the developer tells me to check my Wi-Fi, I have a home server that's had none of these issues during this. Edit: the light now refuses to connect while sitting directly next to the router, I'd give more stars if it were possible for it to behave like a normal light, but flipping the switch causes a reset, thus it loses connection still.
