Love using this . Helps to let the other person know where you are and how long you will be... so instead of the person texting you . Where are you . Are you almost here . They know by looking at the map ... the only reason why I gave it 4 out of 5 ☆ . I don't like having to set a time . Maps pretty much does that for you . It's annoying.

Latest changes have downgraded score. The old design used to send a message every time your shared your location, and they didn't need to have the app to see where you are. The new design. Whenever I share, because no new text is sent out, no-one can see that I have started sharing my location. Making the app pretty pointless. Might as well just share my location using Google Maps now

I've been a Glimpse user for many years. Very happy. Submitted excellent reviews. But now someone decided to implement a "modern user interface". It sucks. As I was leaving on a trip, I tried to send Glimpse to family. I couldn't figure out how to do it. The previous version was good enough to figure out on the fly. Not this one. And when I'm leaving for a trip, I have no time to watch a "how to" video. I made sure my family was on Life 360, then skipped doing a Glimpse.
