GO by Telepass

★★★★★ Works for getting access from outside Italy, but cannot change address or card details.

★★☆☆☆ If I could get it to work it might have been good. I had a problem where I had to update my credit card details, and it stopped working. I tried everything to do this from within the app, but it was impossible. I tried many times over 2 days (with 3 different cards, just to be sure) but every time I got this message 'Sorry, it wasn't possible to complete your request. Please try again later'. I've also tried contacting them from within the app but so far there has been no response. Utterly useless since I'm travelling right now through France and Italy and this was the main reason I got it in the first place. I also have a perfectly working Telepass which was advised by their agents to leave at home and use this to avoid double charges. If only I could just link the Europe device to my Telepass account I wouldn't be having this issue and I could get rid of this totally unecessary app which seems to have confused even the agents at Telepass.

★★☆☆☆ Got a device and contract, the app shows my correct details but is not linked to my contract - waited months for them to sort it out.

★★☆☆☆ Hasn't been working for 4 days. On any login attempt to get a network error and I can't log in.
