You accept the order you delay in traffic the client cancels the ride you deduct k25 from the float what nonsense is that.? If can't credit drivers put an option so that drivers can be automatically buy float on the app, your call center doesn't pick calls very poor. Please improve already you don't have enough drivers because of your poor service provide

★★☆☆☆ Why do you deduct K20 fee for cancellation even when it's not the driver's fault? I client cancels the ride you deduct a K20 from a driver, even when the clients phone is off driver waits for more than 15 minutes then cancels the trip still you penalize the drivers this is very unfair to the drivers. And your support center stuffs is very useless they don't respond to calls even when it's an emergency.
