Absolute disaster of an app. It works on one of my devices (Nokia 7.2, Android 9) but crashes on login on the other (Nokia 7 Plus, Android 10). The UI is poorly designed and doesn't adhere to any of the major design languages. The app responds slowly and has to reload after losing focus (for instance replying to a message in another app). As a software developer specializing in mobile development, this is appalling. Waterfall can do much better than this, as can the country. Why can't you?

Don't know how this app could have more than one star. The buttons don't work or don't link. App freezes. The link to accounts and info as advertised don't work. The emergency features also don't work, and I've tried many things. Not impressed

Saw the bill board at waterfall corner, so I downloaded the app as I live here. This is the most unprofessional, full of bugs app on my phone. Half the things don't work. This must be a blunder for waterfall go, and poorly developed for such an estate. Suggest you take your bill board down before you get flooded with poor reviews. This is first time I'm rating an app as good as zero stars
