The esim simply does not work. They advertise a service where you can download an esim to work along with your physical SIM to take advantage of pay as you go in Malta, but the app doesn't download an esim to your phone and the activation email has no QR code or activation code. The website says to contact Go through WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger but when you do, they tell you they cannot issue a QR code, and you need to visit a store. Total scam, avoid as won't work as advertised.

I tried to top up my account, and the app was giving me connection error, while going back to main page it still shows that the top-up was not made, after it shows me that 3 top-ups were made, when I contacted support their answer was simply that they won't refund you your money, take it from me, Go is as bad and unreliable as Epic, I shall switch to mellieta.

Many times I pay for bundles but never arrived. Many times I recharged with 5 or 10 euro you took the money from my bank account but never arrived to my phone and now Oops the required bundle cannot be processed. This is a comedy Center not phone company
