Lend care staff are dishonest and deceitful. They only looking for the bonus. Claim they are helping you, but don't put in the notes on your file while setting up payment arrangements. So when they take double payment instead of one payments like discussed, they either leave you on hold for hours or, the staff members undercut others members' previous interactions. Terrible experience with lend care. So much misleading and misinformation. I can go as far as name-dropping, but I think I made my.
