★★★★★ This mobile network is the best with add-on data roaming and data bank (every month have to remind myself to deposit remaining data).

★★★★★ Can't log in at all. Tried data first and it doesn't work. Tried to get OTP, but no messages can come through so can't log in through Wi-Fi as well update: chatted with customer service, and all good now. Matter was fixed in a few hours. It was an IT disruption on their end

★★☆☆☆ The customer service support is very poor. The Gomo app is helplessly useless. Tried to get support for my plan change issue since Nov 2024. The live agent told me to upload a screenshot, but their zenmo chat on the website doesn't even allow uploads! I tried uploading the screenshot on using their zenmo chat on their Gomo app, and it kept failing too. Frustrating experience with their customer service support and app. 👎🏻🤦🏻‍♂️

★★☆☆☆ If you ever need customer support for your mobile subscription, my advice is to port the number to another telco immediately. Don't waste time trying to get customer support through GOMO app. Zenmo chat with tech support is very laggy and unstable. I have gone through the same verification process loop in Zenmo chat 4 times, being passed from one support staff to another, and the request is not yet completed. Woefully poor app implementation and incompetent tech support provided through GOMO app.
