This is the worst delivery app and service ever. The app is good and cool to use. But, it took one hour for them to assign a rider to me. It took the rider an hour to get to the pickup point, and it took another hour and half to get my package. Customer service personnel was very rude. She increased the fare from 20, which the app gave me to 30, without any logical explanation. When I asked for an explanation, she threatened not to deliver the package and hanged up. How awful.
