My first order went quite well, but was caught off guard with my subsequent delivery. Forwarded my issue to them directly, then someone got back to me right away. Roxanne was super helpful and suggested that I set myself a calendar reminder as to keep track of my future deliveries in case I don't have the funds and wish to cancel before charges go through. Thanks, Roxanne! Understanding and helpful folks at Good food! Will definitely order some more.

Expensive when compared to Chefs Plate. I specifically asked for the food to be delivered to my condo unit, unlike other food delivery Good food (GF) left my order in the condo lobby and my 2 GF boxes were kicked around. GF sent me a picture of my delivery, but the picture only had 1 box when I ordered 2. I also noticed that GF uses way too much plastic for the perishables etc. Chefs plate and HelloFresh delivery service is much better, boxes were delivered outside my unit and use paper bags.

Please read! BEWARE! Let me be very clear about this, out of 10 deliveries, 5 of them were wrong. Missing/bad ingredients, wrong meals, duplicates of the same meal in one box, box being delivered on the wrong day, being sent 3 meals but charged for 4, double charges, saying boxes were delivered when they weren't. They purposefully confuse you so you don't notice additional charges. And no real customer support (chatbots) BEWARE. Seriously, it's a headache. Read other 1-star reviews. It's the same
