I've responded to 5 cardiac arrests in the last year via this application. It's, a real lifesaver.

No ability to change distance or status on a schedule, reported dozens of duplicate AEDs but not removed years later, emailed asking the same but ignored, can't add new AEDs as says no location data, map doesn't update with new AEDs, was recently alerted to incident even though I had selected that I was not on duty. Accuracy slider doesn't work. I've deactivated voice alerts and yet get them sometimes up to an hour after I've got home from an alert. It's truly terrible and needs to be overhauled.

I have a Galaxy S23+ phone and the app constantly freezes. Only way to get it to work is to restart my phone. Very few alerts as I'm restricted to walking distance for alerts despite the fact I'm a Community First Responder and get sent to arrests several miles away as I use my car and carry a defib. I carry a defib even when I'm not on duty as a CFR, and I'm signed onto Goods am.
