★★☆☆☆ As others have mentioned, it says that code is wrong because those 15 seconds are not enough. I couldn't even start using this app because I couldn't verify the 6-digit code to connect it with my mail account. Annoying and instantly deleted, there are better authenticator apps. Quite some time passed, and they didn't manage to fix the issues.

★★☆☆☆ I logged out of one of my accounts (Deviant Art) and I can't recover any codes to get back in. Two-factor authentication keeps demanding for 6-digit code to log back in, and I hate it. There should be a way I can disconnect and sign back in with just my username and password.

★★☆☆☆ Crashes every time I try to scan a qr code. Also, how am I supposed use a picture of the qr code, if the code is on my phone itch, it is able to access screenshots.

★★☆☆☆ Codes disappeared on its own. I'm disappointed. No one at the support team is able to help. And all they suggest is to turn it off and not use this app!!! Has anyone else been facing the same issue??

★★☆☆☆ Horrible experience. I used the function to transfer the codes and delete them from the old device as recommended. None of them worked on the new device. I am now had to go through the pain of contacting all my providers to try and regain access.
