YES! I have been waiting patiently for this and Go rendezvous has delivered. The team really seems to care about developing the service and taking care of their members. This improves the overall experience/usability as I am frequently on the go and would rather use my mobile (and this app) than carry around my computer. Switched from MINDBODY. Really, really appreciate Token Card feature, and option to input pre-used punches, adjust expiration dates. Transfer was manual, but it has all I need, including waiver form, reminders, link to survey, etc... So many options and customization, so it does take time to get it fully setup. But if you used MINDBODY before, I would say this is a super affordable (free option, too!) and good one to switch to. (To fully setup, I used web, not app.)

Generally works quite well but since the last update none of my Friday appointments show up on the app however on the computer version no problem. I thought maybe it was a one time thing, but it keeps happening and only for Fridays! What gives!?

I use this app for work and while it wasn't perfect, it was ok for me. I don't know what happened in the last update though, because now I cannot go from one account to another, and it's a major inconvenient. Could you fix it soon please?

Glitchy calendar and booking system. Nothing about the software really works to its potential, and the customer service experience is consistently unhelpful. Not something that's worth paying for as a psychotherapy practice.
