★★★★★ Noted on reviews that registration won't finalize. Just keeps loading. Selected log in at bottom of loading registration page, put in login details and all info was there. Easy to complete pet info and upload photo. Went straight to details webpage for my pet and myself when test scanning QR code.

★★★★★ Loaded two of my pets, no problems, tested both tags with third party phone, works a treat. So far so good. Both dogs are however chipped for the more official route. This saves a lot of time in simple 'I found your dog in the park' situations. Thanks!

★★☆☆☆ Despite taking personal data, repeatedly fails to open when attempting to log in. So the additional ££££ spent on a collar that cannot be linked to my account (presumably there is an account, and you're not just data harvesting) was completely wasted.

★★☆☆☆ Is the app broken? I just bought a collar, and I'm trying to register it, but the app won't load and the QR code is broken... considering how much the collar cost, I expect it to work!! Will give it a week to see if I get a response, otherwise demanding my money back!
