★★★★★ Useful, but no easy way to clear notifications. Please install a "Read All" (or similar) function in order to clear the number of unread messages. At the moment, users have to go in to ever single message to mark them as read. If not, the number of unread messages status on the widget icon.

Even worse is that it doesn't alert you when you need it most - I got stuck on WO YI HOP RD this morning due to urgent pipeline services but never been alerted :-(
