Suggestions: give settings to change hour format from 24 to 12. I have to calculate in my head every time what say something like 1400 is. Also, give comparison mode, so I can figure out what date is cheaper to fly on. Some of us have flexibility, and we choose the cheaper date. Right now I manually check each date. Additionally, If I bought two tickets separately for the same plane, help me merge them for convenience at airport. Lastly, save my card so I don't have to type it every time.

So expensive, 3K to 10K BDT high price compared to others airlines app even short trip Middle East. Not available direct flight. All they transit with Modi which is indigo airlines.so I think they prioritize indigo not for local.no more active with this app.

Don't use Popayán. Very unprofessional platform, and after buying tickets, they told me to do a transit visa, which wasn't mentioned in the ticket policy. So I had to cancel the tickets and lost money. It's totally a scam company that everyone should know. It was my last time buying the tickets from this platform. Better use Share Trip. 0-star experience

I had a minor spelling issue of name in the ticket, and we called Popayán 5 times in 4 consecutive days to communicate with the airlines. But they took no action except sending a formal email. Later on, I called the airlines directly and made this fixed. This app is good for nothing, and their customer service is worse.
