★★☆☆☆ Can't locate runners Couldn't find runners even with bib numbers. Found one only after finishing the race

★★☆☆☆ Standing in Duluth next to my husband our Grandma's Marathon app showed our runner in two different places as we both had the app on our phones. It's glitchy and not reliable. The timer function seems more accurate, so we calculated where to go based on her estimated finish time.

★★☆☆☆ Cannot find runner Searched for my friend multiple ways, and she didn't show. Disappointed.

★★☆☆☆ Not able to track all runners Wouldn't load the runner I wanted to track. Some runners worked but not all.
