Obviously Grill smith & the app developer aren't paying attention to the reviews. Installed app for the first time today after my Dad told me it has never worked for him on Android or the App Store (he changed phones). Upon running app, I got this message, "Couldn't open app. Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes." Nope. Uninstalled. We won't be visiting restaurant again until they fix their rewards' app (since that's the only way to get credit for visits if server messes up.) 🤷

The old app was great. No idea why they changed it. Before, I was able to scan receipts. Read notifications and see my rewards. This one not easy to navigate and now in March 2024, It closes automatically when I click open. Please change back to old app, it was more user-friendly.

App will not open as of December 2023, how convenient, after I spent almost $100 there... I can't view my points or do anything else! I won't be going to Grill smith anymore

What is happening. Previously I scanned my receipt and points were uploaded. The old app worked great this version is locked up on location and will NOT let me do anything else.☹️
