While the concept seems encouraging BUT, a couple of things: 1. Pricing for kids bicycles on the website is monthly, why ? Misleading, when clearly we've NO choice, but either elect for 12-month or 18-month subscription ? 2. Understandable, there's NO insurance, anything can happen because kids being kids, there is no guarantee so why would one take a chance & become liable ? Too much of a hassle. Now-a-days bicycle shops offer (some) discount on exchange of old bicycles. Personally, I'm down with that

From the day I have received the cycle I have been facing issues. Though technician visits check, but no permanent solution is provided it's not even 1 month the cycle was delivered 2sided wheel got broken. Prior to this we had chain alignment issues. It was my mistake of choosing the cycle from Gro Club. They are denying for refund and replacement. My humble request if you are planning to purchase cycle never opt from Gro Club. 🙏
