★★★★★ I have had an elderly dog for 13 years. She's very sensitive, and so some places are hard to reach or get to while grooming my dog. I was so glad to meet N9aha who works beautifully with Noaha. My dogs are picky, and I am so glad you were able to get her dew claws done and handel bell great. I for sure will be calling you again and have you groom Bella she was so happy and blessed her heart, and she started interacting with my younger dog, good baby bella.

★★★★★ Great App for grooming your pets. The Groomers are professionals who take really good care of your pet.

★★☆☆☆ The groomer was not experienced in specific breeds. Even though his profile said he was a vet tech. He cut the hair off the tips of my purebred Maine coons ears, which is a signature mark for these cats. He also trimmed the tufts of hair that protect the inside of the ear. Groom it's response was that they are only a broker and I should have provided special instructions to the groomer. Isn't the groomer supposed to be an expert?? They should know this! I will never use that groomer again.

★★☆☆☆ Can't add a dog profile because the app doesn't work, doesn't allow you to upload rabies cert and won't let you move forward without it. Website also doesn't work-drop down to select package on the website is non-functional. Therefore, it is impossible to use the services offered by this company.

★★☆☆☆ Can't sign in you all want all my info and yet can't sign in to get my dogs nails trimmed and needs a bath!!!
