Wow. I've been with Guard Metrics for years. They have risen to every occasion. I can't actually BELIEVE how many "security officers" have given ONE STAR to this app because they ask you to "update" once or twice a month. They have been there for me day and night on the rare occasion that I needed help. As far as updating the app, that is TO MAKE IT BETTER! Grow up soldiers. This app is great and they're working to make it better all the time. Just CALL them. They work hard and they're there for us

If I wasn't forced to use this app, I wouldn't. It works when it chooses so. I have used other physical devices that are similar to this app that work 20x better. There are times I have no issues and it's great. Other days it constantly crashes when having to take photos for "Activity Reports" and restarts when on non NFC readable devices When it crashes, it does it over and over. I'm on a time limit for my activities with our client, and most of the time I'm late on entries due to the crashing.
