Having same problems as listed it other posts below. Went to my computer and logged in successfully.

Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still can't get the app to load. All it's showing is a blank screen. Have done the process several times. Still not working. It only started doing this after the update.

App has issues. I have to "login" three times before I can see my account. I get an error that says "Something's wrong" every time I try to log in. I have had this issue since I downloaded it over a year ago. The app is helpful when I get into it though.

[Update 04.30.2021] I see the fix was to just create a shell to mobile website...did we also lose biometric login? ... [Update] It's been broken a looong time. Update Apr13,2020 vendor suggested App uninstall/reinstall which I did. Issue remains. :(Update Apr8: App Update, doesn't launch with "Insecure Network Connection" bug. Same message on mobile, home Wi-Fi, and even with VPN. Time to get new app developers, it seems they are just guessing at this point. Where is the QA testing?

I had a lot of trouble registering my account. Once I was registered, it told me that it did not support Guardian Anytime.
