Their support is aware of a defect with water detector attached to valve controller - won't detect water. Major problem when water leaks can't be detected. Ticket open over 2 months they said they tried fixing, didn't resolve, now they won't respond. Very poor support.

Horrible customer service. App can't connect to the controller and tech support is ignoring me now because they can't fix the problem. I've never been treated this way by any company ever. Just despicable.
