Sometimes, the account holder might be the one using the meter or paying bills, so there should be a way that the "bill payer" can use his or her phone number to register. Sending the 4-digit code to the number used to register the meter isn't an ideal way, especially if the meter is being used by a tenant who wants to pay the bill on his phone 🤔

Great app, mostly effective, reduces the efforts of not having to walk to buy Light, but you'd have to manually have to input the token for it to work, which tbh I don't mind. The estimated consumption works except for the TV category which is incredibly miscalculated. E.g. 32 inch for 10 hours of usage equals to GHS36.77 of daily consumption...how? It needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Also, remotely checking balance doesn't work. Aside from that it's a good app.

The app looks good, but I cannot utilize it since the phone number used to register the meter belongs to an old tenant and I have no way of contacting the person for the verification code. Why has this not been considered as it prevents a lot of people from using this app? Why can't I just add the meter number like the E.C.G app which seems to be more user-friendly and easily accessible?

1. The password tile doesn't give me the opportunity to see whether I made a typo error while typing in the password 2. Why is providing just a telephone number not enough? Why should there be a password after keying in the phone number? 3. Why can't it be like the ECG power app for easy installation and accessibility

I find it quite challenging to update my account number for making payments. The app tends to close automatically after I enter the number, even before I receive the OTP. Ugh, it's annoying that I have to log in several times every time I want to pay with my other phone number. I encounter the same issue when attempting to switch the payment account back from the secondary to the primary phone number.
