I used to love this app but in the recent update they removed the weekly workouts for beginners, intermediate and advanced. I purchased the pro app hoping the workouts would be on it, Unfortunately they were not. I now don't have my workout routine and hope they bring it back. Other than that I have been using the app for around a year and have seen incredible results.

Absolute gold, simple, a lot of workout plans, no stupid adds, wish they have ios version

Some of the features are good, the videos are useful some of the workouts are good plans. Bad points you can't see your history of workouts/exercises. And the fact you can't add exercises to the planner is pretty bad.

They ruined this app with the new update. I started a workout a couple of weeks ago, and now it's not even on the app. You can't even enter the weight lifted on any exercise anymore. Almost as soon as I bought the Pro version, they make it almost useless.go figure.

When I write notes in each exercise it copes it to all exercises. So I lose all my different data for each exercise.
