I like it better than trying to find quarters, but these machines are worthless when the internet is down. That happens a lot. Wi-Fi needs to be free, available at all sites with these machines.

I only have had one issue with these washers and dryers, and that's cleanliness, and that's the properties' responsibility, not this app. Overall, it is very easy to use and a great price.

The minimum reload amount is $10 even though a load of laundry only costs $2. They agreed to refund any leftover balance on my account, but I'd have to call every time I do laundry to avoid carrying a balance, and their TOS doesn't guarantee they'll honor this in the future. Passwords only allow alphanumeric characters, so they don't even store credit card info securely. I wish I could just use quarters!

Not useful. Can't check status of machines, so you have to haul everything to the basement to see if anything's open. Also really don't appreciate that this app needs my card info (can't use Google Pay as intermediary) and that I can't use special characters in the password to make it more secure. The machines don't take coins, so I'm forced to use this less-secure app to do laundry at home. Machines don't always add time when you pay and no on responds to refund requests 🤬

I haven't had this bad of an experience washing laundry since I put dish soap in the machine when I was 8 yrs old. Connecting on Bluetooth is awful, giving yet another app my cc info sucks. Lord knows who they'll sell my info to. Can't extend the drier for 10 more mins to actually dry my pants unless I pay another two dollars.
