What is happening? Each time I check out to add the Japan credit, it crashes. Really annoying when you're overseas and counting on topping up. Update: I retried topping up using the Wi-Fi on the flight. Success. No crashes. Not sure if the developers followed up, but it works. Typically, it's a great card to have travelling to multiple destinations! Thanks.

App continually crash's, added value, now can't even select a plan to use without it crashing. Same as other comments, small amount of data before being very slow and based on Hong Kong time for the day, useless when in EU or North America, so need to pay for additional days just to get one full day, much better options out there.

1. No options for FUP. I used 1Gb FUP Japan of another supplier and it was better. I would like to see options of 1Gb FUP here too. 2. After FUP it was too slow for anything, it affected my mood of travel because I can't search for transportation or shopping. 3. No flexibility to start another day pass early. I want to start another day pass right away, but there is no option. 4. The SMS only informs me when I reach 350mb or 70% of FUP usage. But no way to know I have used up all FUP.
