★★★★★ Dear other veteran hand cent users: Email support and ask them for the SMS app download. The Google play store currently does not have their app because it's pending Google approval. If you email support though they will help you get your app back and set up. As for support: Thank you for all the help. I'm so happy to have my messaging app back.

★★★★★ If you are stuck with new app "Messenger Home" Swipe up from bottom of phome screen. Go to your phone settings. System settings. Apps. Scrool down to messanger home. Set home screen to One UI Home. This set my phone back to original home screen settings. Then go back into settings. Apps. Go to Messenger Home app. Uninstall button should now be illuminated to uninstall if it wasn't before.

★★☆☆☆ Hand Cent was deleted from my phone. The app is gone, and it's not in the play store anywhere like I keep reading.

★★☆☆☆ I've used hand cent/next for years. It suddenly disappeared, and Hand cent says they fixed it, but it is still not showing up in the Play store. I went to the website, and it only provides a broken link. My app is messing up, so I need to uninstall, reinstall. Problem is if I uninstall I won't be able to reinstall. This has been going on for a while now. I'd rather not move to a different app, but I may have to.
