Business Ownew I have a Galaxy Note 2 and a Galaxy 10.1 tablet. I use "ACT" as a contact manager and to schedule all activities and track historical information from all my customers. I have been waiting for years for an application that would allow me to sync effectively with my handheld devices. Until now, I was unsuccessful. Handheld contacts synchronizes to both the Galaxy Note 2 and the Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet perfectly. THIS IS A MUST APP FOR ACT USERS !!!

The Contacts function syncs reasonably well with my pc, but the Calendar is really slow in operation. I've asked HHC Support, but they just say it's due to the number of entries on my calendar. I have renewed for a second year but only because there does not appear to be an alternative way to sync Act! With my smartphone. Since renewing, the app has had an auto update & is now even worse.

This program used to work great. I have used it for years. Then it started to crash. I sent three emails with no response. I then found out there was an update that was supposed to have fixed the problem, where it crashed on some samsung devices. It still crashes. Since emails did not work I thought a post would get more attention. They have no problem sending emails for renewal payment but not in response to problems. If this is not resolved shortly I will be canceling my subscription!

No Caller ID The export feature of Handheld Contact does not work well on Android if you have a lot of contacts. Only some contacts... somewhat randomly... come over. It is a real pain.
