★★★★★ I absolutely love it! It's my new obsession, although it would be nice if coins earned had more value because items and stuff increase with almost every level, and it's hard to keep up with the prices

★★★★★ My new favorite game is called Happy clinic because of you want to become a nurse or a doctor when you grow up, then this game helps with that. With this game, you can add new nurses and doctors to your clinics, and you can serve your customers in a given time. You can also expand your clinic. Log into three game daily, and you can get some exciting prizes.

★★☆☆☆ All these 5-star rates are not real. It's so difficult to earn coins to upgrade. You'll earn maybe 500 coins when you beat a lvl, but the upgrades will all be 1k+ and it will recommend 5k in upgrades. Then, when you're finally upgraded, you'll play 1 lvl, win, and be behind on upgrades by the next lvl. I really like this game, but it's not worth playing the same lvl 15x to grind 20–100 coins at a time to afford a single upgrade. Played to lvl 280, spent $, think I'll delete now...

★★☆☆☆ I loved this game at first, but after the first area is complete, it's now too hard to earn coins and gems and takes me days to earn enough to upgrade. It also has glitches. I earned 2 free lives finding a spy and the game glitches every time and takes the lives away. I paid money to get going so when it glitches, it's frustrating. But I'm not going to keep paying to have unknown glitches and am pretty much done with this game now since it takes too long to do anything.
