Pointless App You have to deposit a minimum of £1 to set up an account, then, if you want to do anything in the App, you have to either go to the Website or phone their Customer Service 1st. Then, you have to wait for (sometimes days) for them to authorize your account and/or send you a verification code. So, I've written off the £1 deposit and downloaded another App instead, which verified my details & allowed me to do everything in the App within 6hrs!!

While the App allows you to view your accounts, you end up having to go online on a PC to do most of the transactions which is rather pointless. Also, transactions often take at least a day sometimes more, why? Most bank apps offer instant transfers. Overall disappointing

I use this app for the watch list functionality. It used to be ok, but is now very glitchy, with lots of connection errors. Another issue - once I have added a fund to a watch list I can't work out how to remove it. It isn't intuitive at all.

If you invest in US shares, then this is not the service for you. There is a long delay on price changes and there is little stock data/news. OK for UK shares, if that's all you want.
