Don't have option to log in

Accidental clam rejected, will file complaint in consumer court... They said accidental legmen injury cover after 24 months... But at the time of giving policy they say accidental all type injury cover from 1 day... Include accidental ligament injury, but at the time of claim denied 3 times... Will fill complaint escalate it on social media and will go in court as well... The reson from customer care for rejection was, I took policy from Apollo Agent... I have all recordings... AA01137562

Absolutely hopeless company. My insurance policy from Apollo Munich was transferred to HDFC Ergo and when I went to renew it online the premium was increased by 66% from INR 12790 to 20000. No reanimation or any communication at all. The customer care team was totally unhelpful. Would not recommend this company for any health insurance policies... Worst experience.
