Can't get motion detection to be selected to turn on in app. Update: after editing the setting and going back in setting was change.

Good camera but we need a +13 hour Timezone (Auckland NZ) the nearest is +12 hours (FIJI) and mean out time is wrong. The manual time setting also keeps losing an hour if you manually keep changing the time

One camera I bought from amazon, I had to download this app for the use. 3 -4 months later the app and camera does not work/connect. Did an app update, It is now assigned to another hardware. It's a scam to steal ur info.

This app is close to useless which is unfortunate because the camera is pretty good. The app is slow and buggy. Playback - practically unusable. Will not play the time you choose, jumps from pm to am for no reason. Can not choose standard time only 24h. No selection for continuous recording and setting schedule from 00:00 to 23:59 does not work. Why not just a 'Continuous Recording' selection? It's like the app and the camera don't know how to properly communicate with each other.

Have had the camara for a long time, was good in the begging but now the recordings arnt working proper, but the worst thing is the "camara logs" I assumed was the footage being loaded to the cloud or when I hit send cam logs it let me download them, but no there is a password on the cam logs that the support team will not give me which is absurd I saved hundreds of hours of footage (logs) and they won't let me access it. Has anyone else had this issue or figured out the password
