★★☆☆☆ Giving only 2 stars as there is a continuous error when I open the application which asks me to try again and the loop continues.

★★☆☆☆ Really poor to set up. After registering and receiving email confirmation that all set up, including ID verification, guess what, when I went to book an appointment it still said this was being verified.

★★☆☆☆ Video consultation does not function. Despite being at right time, the option to click 'Join Waiting Room' gives response 'Appointment Not Due Yet...'
