★★☆☆☆ I have been advised by health era that my doctor has approved my prescription. I phoned the doctor, and they have not received the order supposedly submitted by health era on 10th November. Very poor service

★★☆☆☆ Was great for a few months but for the last three months I've had to call up my doctor to chase the prescription as the pharmacy hasn't received it. The app just says 'there may be a problem with this prescription' rather than anything more specific. It's a good idea but if not fully integrated with the doctor and pharmacy systems then actually means more effort for me than before. I've gone back to just setting a reminder on my phone to use the NHS app to order my prescriptions every four weeks

★★☆☆☆ I was asked by the app to approve the next order for my Wife's medication. And got a notification from the app that the medication had been ordered on the 2nd of December. 5 days later the app told me my Wife's order was going to be late. On the 10th of December, my Wife went to the pharmacy to be told by the staff there that there had been no order made. What on earth is going on with this app. It's a shame it's a good idea.
