Most places of work have no phone signals and internet which makes life difficult when trying to get senior staff to complete the timesheet at the end of the shift, and they are also busy doing handover and own paperwork. We are not allowed to complete our timesheet till 5 minutes before end of shift. App problems loading for shifts and timesheet for work very frustrating especially when searching for shifts busy time lots of people searching looking logged on the App Keeps loading waiting time.

This app now is very slow that l can't even pick shifts. Before the app will open, it takes several seconds that you may not see the shift again, even when the phone is with me when the shift is sent, it can't open which is very different from when l started using it. For two months now, l have not been able to pick a shift due to this problem. I even set my auto sign on, nothing enters, l say no shift is picked through the auto sign. I can't continue like this. New cross please wake up.

App gets worse with every "update" I can only assume you are taking advice from someone who doesn't use the app daily about what to change, include or remove, as no one that uses the app would ask to remove the feature that allows you to only see shifts on dates that you have added availability. Removing this filter makes managing shifts 90% more difficult, now I need to flick between find shifts page and the add availability page to make sure I don't book on days I can't work by mistake. Poor
