Easy to use, there are some advanced features too.

Trying to set up Helix and the app login is completely broken and can't. First "this site can't be reached" message, while on Video tron Wi-Fi. I connect through cellular instead, then make it to Helix site, but "une error est survenue". Then try again, phone gets stuck in an infinite loop with a web view getting opened then closed. I used to be with one of their competitors, and it was plug-and-play, whereas this feels like every (first!) step is bugged.

Every time I try to log in there's some kind of Loop Bug ?? Opens Chrome browser and loops back to app back and forth... I can't use the app at all . 😩🫠 please fix it!

This app is badly designed to begin with, but also removes functionality from the traditional Modem/Router access. Would be better if it was never created
