A four star because you can't just leave the bike anywhere it had to be at the drop-off locations and if it's full you have to waste time finding another and walk too far. I suggest that you allow users to drop it off anywhere, and you can charge them extra for the convenience. I literally walked as far as I rode just to return the bike. For this I give it a 3 star not 4. Plus if you rent with a friend, the friend has to drop it off at a different location adding more waste of time.

Even though the language settings are set to English, half of the content is still in Japanese. Even with user guides, it's still quite difficult to set up a bike registration: could not register my IC card, so I used the Pay option. Maybe just my city, but there's almost never any bikes available. I've scanned the whole city and there are less than 20 bikes! If you do get to ride a bike, they are very nice with the electric assist.
