Login experience is poor. Keeps signing you out, no option for biometric login or using a password manager. If you close app and open it'll log you out so if you have a consultation you have to keep app open and not let your phone go to sleep while you wait for them to join otherwise it'll log you out.

Missed my appointment due to work. Couldn't contact the health care professional to let them know. Tried to rebook, and it says I can't. I'm extremely depressed at the moment but won't be receiving any help from this app. Thanks for making it worse.

Booked an appointment only to have the gp hang up as soon as I said hello. So I rebooked the appointment later the same day. I couldn't hear the doctor-fine, tech issues happen. She called me back only to tell me that she can't prescribe medications. The call ended with me wondering what the point was? She didn't read the 2 issues I asked to discuss and if I trusted my local GP I'd go to them, but I don't. Yet again doctors are unwilling to help and always pass you around until you give up.
