It doesn't make sense that events now have only account-bound items, since many people loved to participate in them not only to get the items for themselves but also to sell them and get gold. And if a member couldn't participate in an event, they could buy the items from others who did by using gold. Now if you want something you HAVE to participate and the ones who participate will get every item but won't be able to sell them if they don't like them (and to get the higher ones you have to pay)

I love this game but not to be rude my friend got banned and spent over 200 on this game and the next day she got banned I please ask you to at least give us a warning about us getting banned a small but large mistake because we are spending alot of money and is getting banned, or we are making alot of good friends but get banned also there are some pervs in there everyone is not a perv but some of them are and someone gets banned for refusing to give the perv what he or she wants please fix

1. The new menu update is good, but why did you guys take away the option to exit any room or just browse through without being in any room? 2. You guys making the events too hard for free players. Giving too lesser rewards. That's where you loose players over time. 3. Getting error "Not in Room" always I enter any room. This is disturbing. 4. No way to earn gold in game unless constantly sell ur items. All these make me want to play lesser day by day.

I was loving this app in the beginning but nowadays, I just lag and crash non-stop since the latest update. Today it peaked, I have troubles to even log in while I am connected to good Wi-Fi, and I never had issues logging into my account. Please dear HR team fix those issues instead of constantly changing the app and pushing the updates on us which makes our experience worse and worse each time
