I hate these types of assessments for the most menial labor, but this company actually sends the information they gathered to you via email when you are finished. The little games used were actually more "fun" than whatever most other companies use. If only we could find out what these companies are actually after, so we can cut this nonsense out...IDK about everyone else, but I was not required to record an interview, just "play".

This is my 2nd time having to reschedule due to the interviewer not being able to hear me & an echo. I don't understand why my headphones won't work with the app. What a horrible 1st impression & im not to sure ill be hired after this, thanks.

A robotic, cold, and useless experience. If a position sends one of these links to you, it shows how lazy and uncooperative a company is to find time to do an actual HUMAN interview with you. I can't imagine this sort of app taking over the actual interview process, and it isn't even a real interview to begin with. Nothing works, so you'll just have to take the job loss. Would you really want it anyway if they're willing to do this you? Incredibly demeaning and not worth it.

Absolutely horrible! Look at all the 1* ratings! That should be ENOUGH for this company to realize they need to change! I'm trying to do an interview with a very important Employer and this app is making it impossible! Every time I try to make a video, it LETS me record however long, then says "Sorry, the app was interrupted before we could get a full response from you. Please try again". I LITERALLY tried 10 times in a row after that with the SAME response each time. Employers, dump this app!!
