★★★★★ Honestly can't rate the app highly enough. We originally got hitched for our wedding website and hadn't realized its other uses, in the end the planning section has been our key tool. Neither my partner nor I are super organized and the app genuinely acts like our wedding planner, assisting us with finding local suppliers, logging our budget and spend and keeping all of our messages in one place. We haven't even bothered getting an Excel together as hitched removes the need for it.

★★★★★ Wonderful app. Has been useful in so many ways. From finding suppliers to keeping track of guests. Having our website linked to hitched has made very easy.

★★☆☆☆ App is useful but a bit laggy. The customer service response time is abysmal, been trying to get a response to correct an error on my domain name and after 3 business days I finally got a response telling me what I already knew-refund & resubscribe to the correct one. This functionality could have been built into the app already without making me wait days for a response. I am now going to wait 14 more days for my refund and confirmation that I can repurchase, all while, time is running out!

★★☆☆☆ Awfully slow. Lots of bugs, including duplicating guests but with no option to delete the guests after adding, so no way to remove the duplicates. Really slow and unresponsive, often taking multiple attempts to navigate to different parts of the app. A fantastic example of a great idea that has been poorly executed.

★★☆☆☆ Has no information whatsoever about anything Nigeria. Wrong spellings of cities and literally has only two cities available.

★★☆☆☆ I use this app mainly for the budget tool. However, it isn't the best. While I do like being able to keep track of my wedding payments, you can't put in pence amount. So when I add a monthly expense of £55.74 The 74p isn't accepted, and it can only be £55 which makes more work for me as I have to add up the missing monthly 74p until I get a full £ amount. Finally, recently the app keeps logging me out and making me create a new password.
