This app makes getting car washes easy and simple. Set up an account, choose wash/plan, and the rest is easy. The Bluetooth connectivity is convenient, so no need to use the service panel at the entrance! I like the app, but there are no descriptions for each wash. Regardless, having an app makes the service easier.

Discovered that my old window sticker was causing issues. Once removed I haven't had any issues other than a wash which the dryer sprayed mud all over my car and required a complete detail afterward. Didn't need to change any Bluetooth settings for success.

First: Realize that the app will not work right unless your phone's data & Bluetooth are turned on & functional!! Obviously too, in below zero temps any car wash will likely be closed. I do wish they'd allow multiple cars & multiple devices on an account. Otherwise, it's been working well for me so far. Had 1 difficulty getting positioned right for the signal to send; and 1 wash logged even though the wash was in operational - but as I’m on the unlimited plan it didn’t cause a billing issue.

Each time I attempt to use the app at the car wash it continuously freezes up with no "Activate" button available to start the wash. I've spent more money in 1 month paying out of pocket than I have for the unlimited plan in total. I will be calling the corporate office of Holiday and work on fixing the issue.

Activate button doesn't work anymore, the app used to work just fine now I have an expensive car wash membership for an app that doesn't work, there should be another way for when issues like this happen
