Locks up during onboarding..... Locks up during the recommendations phase. Not an encouraging start considering my GP surgery has a 12-month trial.

On the play install page it says the app shares no data, yet it the terms and conditions for Holly or states aggregate data is shared. I told it I have arthritis and high blood pressure, it recommends exercises and stretching that my doc has told me to avoid.

Absolute rubbish, spent 3 days trying to sign in, so much for a de-stress app, support just an email link to reset password that the app never recognized n round u go. Really poor experience 😡

Too difficult to sign up, off-putting. My surgery apparently got 6 month free trials, it takes you to a stupid chatbot that wastes your time before finally giving you the same link it gives everyone. How incredibly efficient, that's progress for consumer experience isn't it? Next problem? It then still tried to charge me, so it's not free, apparently. Frankly given the chatbot I have low hopes that it was developed by someone remotely intelligent and would likely waste lots of time. Gave up.
